Este rol lidera el óptimo rendimiento de la comunidad en áreas que incluyen la gestión de asociados, arrendamiento y comercialización, cumplimiento, contabilidad, satisfacción del residente y actividades de mantenimiento. Responsabilidades Promociones, redes sociales y gestión de materiales. Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente a residentes, prospectos, invitados y proveedores; resolver problemas escalados en asociación con Relaciones con Residentes. Supervisar programas de retención y renovación de residentes; liderar eventos comunitarios y asociaciones locales para fortalecer la experiencia del residente. Mantener puntuaciones de reputación al ofrecer consistentemente un servicio profesional, receptivo y de alta calidad. El Gerente de Comunidad en Stonebrook será responsable de supervisar la gestión de propiedades, arrendamiento y funciones de supervisión. Requisitos Debe tener experiencia en coaching y mentoría, así como un sólido conocimiento de las regulaciones federales de vivienda justa.
