As a Staffing Consultant, you will operate in a full-cycle, 360-degree role where you own the client relationship, identify hiring needs, negotiate placement opportunities, and deliver talent solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, develop, and win new client accounts through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Meet with business decision-makers to understand hiring challenges and recommend tailored staffing and recruiting solutions.
- Negotiate rates, placement terms, and service expectations while managing profitability and client satisfaction.
- Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to open roles generated through client development.
- Manage existing accounts to drive repeat business, strengthen partnerships, and grow long-term revenue.
- Maintain strong activity levels, pipeline management, and follow-up to support consistent sales performance.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $50,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
