Production Supervisor
Twin City Staffing is hiring a Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing company in Ham Lake, MN. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about driving safety, quality, and team performance. Depending on experience Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the production supervisor:
- Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Train, coach, and develop team members while managing performance and attendance
- Monitor production schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to ensure customer requirements are met
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve production issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and workplace safety
Requirements of the production supervisor:
- 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience in metal fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, or related manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/MRP systems
