• 7 days on/7 days off, 6:30 pm 6:30 am, 12-hour nights
• 10 20 patients per shift
• Chest tube removal and management required
• Vascular surgery ICU co-management with critical care
• Cardiothoracic surgery floor management only
• No CT surgery ICU or OR responsibilities
