Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for clinical fellowship
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress tracking

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Work closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to integrate speech goals into daily activities
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and progress reporting
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant student records
• Provide therapy sessions individually or in small groups, both in-person and through virtual platforms as needed
• Offer resources and guidance to support staff and caregivers
