Job Title

PCU / Surgical Stepdown - Registered Nurse (Travel)

Sebring, FL | PCU / Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Rotation Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting
• Float to additional campuses and facilities as needed, including nearby locations
• Care for PCU-level patients across various units within the hospital, including ED holding areas
• Participate in required every other weekend rotations
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical documentation throughout all assignments

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or compact license eligibility
• Experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown clinical setting
• Ability and willingness to float to multiple campuses and units as assigned
• Availability for night shift scheduling including every other weekend

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with ED holding or observation patient care
• Experience working across multiple units or campuses within a health system
