Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem Nights Stepdown Day Position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. Reporting to the Director of Critical Care Services, this position assumes the accountability of all aspects of adult and geriatric patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the guidelines of the State of California Nurse Practice Act. Accountable for maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal patient outcomes in the ICU. Responsible for the supervision of all categories of nursing personnel. Qualifications One year ICU/StepDown/PCU experience preferred. Current California RN license required. Current BLS (AHA) required, ACLS (AHA) required within 90 days of start. NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of hire required. Basic Arrhythmia Certificate or 12-Lead EKG Certificate preferred. CCRN preferred.
