Job Description:Position in our rapidly expanding Global Corporate Consulting practice serving clients of all industries, asset types and levels of maturity as they access markets, develop new products, improve operational performance and implement unique growth strategies on a global basis. Seeking talented individuals who can work collaboratively with our service line leaders, subject matter experts and extensive brokerage network to develop industry leading analytical and problem solving frameworks that address the strategic, operational and business process needs of our client base. A significant expectation will focus on how the skillsets above help establish implementation plans that successfully position local, regional, national and global real estate solutions.Essential Job Duties:Responsible for research, analytics and data mining.Prepare mapping and workflow analyses.Responsible for decision tool and model building.Works with in-house proprietary technology and analytical toolkits.Provides support for general projects and client account management.Assists with client report writing and presentations.Supports all Business Development efforts to the Executive’s, Specialty Practice Leaders and Market Leaders.Drive Business development efforts across the different lines.Analyze and report on client penetration across markets, specialties, etc.Research opportunities to increase our client list including analyzing ways to become Appraisers of record.Manage/Support all client events, conferences, industry events with the intent to develop new clients across the range of Valuation & Advisory services.Support all major client presentations.Provides sales support for key pursuits and business development activities.May perform other duties as assigned.Skills, Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Sciences, or Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.MBA or other specialized master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business, corporate or management consultancy organization.Strong written, verbal, and communication key skills key requirement.Proficiency with technology and client service tools; PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word and VISIO/CAD CAM related project management and process mapping packages.Benefits and Perks:Industry leading Parental Leave Policy (up to 16 weeks).Generous healthcare.Bright Horizons back-up care program.Generous paid time off.Education reimbursement.Referral Program.Opportunities to network and connect.Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Newmark and the job location.Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000Working Conditions: Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elementsNote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.Newmark is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
