Lead the Team Building AI Technology Transforming Engineering Simulation

This role sits at the center of a highly technical engineering team focused on building AI and machine learning systems that improve how complex engineering simulations are developed, tested, and deployed across industries.

In this role, you will lead the technical direction of a cutting-edge product area while remaining deeply hands-on in development. You will help shape the systems, engineering standards, and technical culture behind software solving real-world physics and simulation challenges across areas like fluid dynamics, thermal systems, and structural analysis.

You will work closely with researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex engineering problems into practical machine learning solutions. The environment is highly collaborative and focused on balancing innovation with real-world execution.
