Senior Engagement Manager

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Member Engagement Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, quality assurance, and data analysis to optimize member-facing communications across various platforms. Key responsibilities Lead the development and optimization of lifecycle engagement programs for health journeys, collaborating with cross-functional teams Maintain and enhance existing lifecycle engagement strategies through audience segmentation and performance analysis Drive member engagement and retention by analyzing program data and communicating insights to influence strategy Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree 7-10 years of experience in lifecycle or engagement marketing, preferably in B2C health benefits or regulated consumer tech Proven experience managing B2C lifecycle programs end-to-end, including strategy, journey design, and optimization Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop performance hypotheses and communicate findings effectively Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing operations, content, data, and product
