General DentistLocations: MO (Ellington, Pilot Knob and Doniphan locations) Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site, Private Practice) Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team in Missouri. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing oral health conditions while providing preventive and restorative care. This role also involves educating patients, maintaining accurate case records, and ensuring a positive patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform dental examinations, diagnose oral diseases, and develop appropriate treatment plans.Provide preventive and restorative care including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and tooth replacements using hand instruments, medications, and surgical procedures.Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.Prepare and maintain accurate dental case files, including medical history and treatment records.Collaborate with and, when necessary, train staff to ensure high-quality patient care.Build strong patient relationships, offering clear communication about treatment plans, potential complications, and recovery timelines.QualificationsDDS/DMD from an accredited school of dentistry.Active Missouri Dental License.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.Board-certified or board-eligible.Prior experience serving patients from diverse or low-income backgrounds preferred.Proficiency with electronic health records, office management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (adequate vision, speech, hearing, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs).Compensation & BenefitsAll Standard Benefits Available.
