Team Lead Trainee - Event Delivery & Setup Starting at $21.00/hr | Field Operations & Crew Leadership Development About the Role We are hiring motivated individuals who are ready to grow into leadership roles within event delivery and field operations. The Team Lead Trainee position is designed for dependable team members who want to develop leadership skills while working alongside experienced field leaders on event installations, deliveries, and breakdowns. This is a hands-on role focused on learning operations, crew coordination, job execution, and leadership in fast-paced event environments. Team Lead Trainees are expected to lead by example, work hard alongside the crew, and gradually take on more responsibility as they grow. If you are dependable, coachable, and interested in building a long-term career in operations and event production, this position offers a strong path for advancement. What You'll Do Work alongside experienced field leaders during deliveries, installations, and event breakdowns Load and unload trucks safely, efficiently, and accurately Assist with setup and breakdown of tents, tables, chairs, staging, flooring, dance floors, and specialty equipment Learn job sequencing, event logistics, inventory handling, and site organization Begin assisting with crew direction and task coordination as skills develop Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding job progress, timelines, and site needs Help maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites Represent the company professionally at event locations and client sites Lead through work ethic, attitude, reliability, and teamwork Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute every shift What We're Looking For Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout shifts Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Coachable mindset and willingness to learn leadership skills Interest in long-term growth and advancement opportunities Ability to stay focused and productive in fast-paced environments Previous experience in event setup, delivery, warehouse, moving, construction, landscaping, or physical labor is helpful but not required Valid driver's license preferred Position Details Starting Pay: $21.00/hrOpportunities for advancement into leadership roles based on performance, reliability, and operational development. Schedule:Schedules vary based on event operations. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and seasonal peak availability are expected.
