United Bank & Trust is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Personal Banker to join our Seneca location. As a Personal Banker, you will grow strong client relationships by processing transactions, opening new accounts and responding to inquiries. You will develop a thorough understanding of United Bank & Trust’s products in services and offer solutions that align with customer’s financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Open and process new accounts and assist customers by providing comprehensive information on bank products and services.
• Prepare required product applications, maintain accurate files and ensure all required documentation is obtained.
• Research and resolve customer issues and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Actively engage with customers to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must demonstrate adherence to compliance policies and main confidentiality.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Exhibits a strong work ethic and commitment to responsibility.
• Previous banking experience is advantageous but not essential.
