Above average compensation for the right applicant.ResponsibilitiesConsulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needsProspect and contact potential customersReach agreed upon sales targets by the deadlineResolve customer inquiries and complaintsSet follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developmentsGain a working knowledge of the product lineAttend training offered by both manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive GroupThe professional completion of all sales related paperworkFollowing the Ed Morse "Steps to the Sale" to ensure complete customer satisfactionProvides customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended Service Contracts and helps them purchase the right products for their needs.Submits paperwork to obtain approvals from finance sources on all finance deals in a timely manner.Establishes and maintains an impeccable reputation and good working relationships with multiple finance sources including manufacturers.Prepares and mails all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders and follows any other process that may be in place in their respective departmentAccurately audits team deals post-saleEnsures the expeditious funding of all contractsStructures deals for maximum profitability and collectabilityFully proficient with title laws and registration processMaintains proficiency and certifications as required for the positionWorks closely with Sales Desk, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes dealsVerifies insurance and obtains payoffs on trades with open lines.Processes federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction.Checks all paperwork for correct residual, commission, buy rate, title, lien information, taxes and DMV paperwork before forwarding to the business office.Assists retail salesperson in collecting down payment and all monies associated with transaction.Assists in all other areas of the financial services department, as needed.Creates and maintains good relations with guests.QualificationsMinimum 1 year automotive sales experience requiredSteady work history and a strong desire to succeedBasic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiencyProfessional appearance and demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skillsValid Driver's license Why Ed Morse?
