About the Role:

The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving retail success by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. The Sales Associate will also support logistical operations by leveraging knowledge of truck maintenance and holding a commercial driving license to assist with inventory transport when necessary. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Spanish to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic understanding of truck maintenance and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driving License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience in marketing and networking within the trucking industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail software.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Utilize marketing and networking skills to promote products and attract new customers.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish to engage with Spanish-speaking customers and address their needs.
• Support inventory management by coordinating with delivery teams and, when required, operate commercial vehicles to transport goods safely.
• Maintain knowledge of truck maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of company vehicles used in retail operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to store merchandising and organization.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide product information to facilitate purchasing decisions.
