Your Role:

• Travel to clients’ homes, offices, and parks to lead custom workouts

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients of all ages and fitness levels

• Track progress, adjust programming, and deliver results using our GYMGUYZ app

• Represent GYMGUYZ with energy, professionalism, and passion

• Promote health and wellness at local events and community activations

You’re a Fit If You:

• Are nationally certified (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)

• Have at least 1 year of personal training experience

• Are CPR/AED certified

• Have a reliable vehicle and are excited to train clients at home

• Love helping people of all backgrounds—executives, parents, seniors, athletes

• Are goal-driven, self-motivated, and bring energy to every session

• Live in or near one of our three strategic territories:

• 1. San Jose Territory: Downtown SJ to Gilroy
  2. Peninsula Territory: Saratoga to South SF via Hwy 280
  3. Fremont / Hwy 101 Corridor: Fremont, Milpitas, Mountain View, Santa Clara to South SF

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in corrective exercise, strength coaching, or adaptive training

• Have worked in-home or as a mobile trainer before

• Want to grow into a team lead or management role
