Visual Merchandising Intern

The Visual Merchandising Intern will support the styling and coordination of industry trade showrooms, working closely with the visual merchandising and production teams. This role offers hands‑on experience in design, styling, and market preparation within a fast‑paced, creative environment. This position is expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part‑time (20 to 25 hours) and on‑site. In This Role Work closely with visual merchandisers and project/production managers to support the styling and arrangement of products in showroom displays Support pre‑market coordination efforts, helping ensure materials, styling details, and logistics are prepared to brand standard Help organize, clean, and maintain props and showroom spaces to keep them functional and presentation‑ready Support vendor relationships, including coordinating deliveries and pick‑ups Run errands as needed, such as sourcing styling materials, food props, and design tools to support showroom preparation Prepare soft goods (e.g., textiles, linens) for display by steaming or ironing to ensure a polished presentation Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to learn how furniture and accessories are selected to create cohesive showroom designs Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team Be open and honest Reach for excellence Act with responsibility Value the whole person Enjoy the journey The Ideal Person Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Four Hands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
