Shift hours scheduled between 3:00pm and 2:00am Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Follow safe food service protocols in accordance with Health Department standards Clearing tables of dishes, glassware, and utensils Cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs Refilling water glasses Assisting servers with running food and drinks to tables Communicating effectively with the front‑of‑house team to ensure seamless service Minimum Qualifications CA Food Handler certification required Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (dishes, tubs, etc.) Previous restaurant experience strongly preferred High energy and stamina are required Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively Strong English language skills preferred, bilingual a plus Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required Excellent customer service to treat patrons like family Ability to read menus, safety documents, and other work-related documents The Little Room is dedicated to fostering a fair and inclusive work environment for all employees and applicants.
