Complete Care at Brakeley Park - Phillipsburg, NJ Full-Time We’re seeking an experienced Admissions Director to grow census, strengthen referral relationships, and lead the admissions process with confidence. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy, support, and resources to drive growth while making a meaningful difference for residents and families every day. What You’ll Do Lead and manage the entire admissions process from referral to move-in Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and families Drive occupancy and census growth Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical requirements. Collaborate with leadership to enhance quality and patient experience What Makes You a Great Fit 1–2+ years as an Admissions Director in Subacute Rehab or Long-Term Care Proven success in census building and referral development Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Passion for helping families navigate care decisions Why Join Us?
