• Build CNC machines using hand and power tools.
• Assemble parts ranging from small components to large machine sections.
• Follow step-by-step work instructions on an iPad.
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy.
• Read basic blueprints and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments during assembly.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools.
• Experience in assembly, construction, automotive repair, maintenance, or a similar hands-on role.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow directions.
• Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience with CNC machines or industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints or schematics.
• Experience using tablets or iPads for work instructions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxnard, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
