Workday Integration Architect

Pay Range:$41.58 - $62.37A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Workday Integration Architect to join our team. The Workday Integration Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations across HSHS's Workday ecosystem to support Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain and related business functions. This role ensures seamless data exchange, system reliability, and optimal user experience by developing scalable solutions that align with organizational standards and strategic goals.The Integration Architect partners closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams to analyze business requirements, optimize workflows, and deliver high-quality technical solutions that enhance data integrity and system performance.Position Specifics: o Department: ITo Core Function: Corporate Services o Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk o Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.o Compensation that aligns with your experienceINTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)Education QualificationsBachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or related field is required. High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of experience performing system analysis with business, clinical or administrative applications may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Experience Qualifications5 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software support and performing system analysis with business, clinical, or administrative applications is required. (This experience level is in addition to the experience required in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.) Experience with data integrations, application roadmaps and/or technical and workflow architecture is required. Workday experience is required. Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsWorkday Certification is required or within 12 months of hire.
