Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Quality Advisors to provide independent oversight, validation, and guidance on private market investment opportunities.

This is a certified contractor role , not employment. Advisors operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Quality Advisors will:

• Assess the quality, structure, and strategic fit of potential transactions

• Provide guidance to Deal Scouts, analysts, and capital partners on deal readiness

• Identify key risks, gaps, and value levers in investment opportunities

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified track record of deal quality oversight within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in private markets, advisory, transaction review, or strategic deal evaluation.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Quality Advisors may:

• Review proprietary or semi-proprietary deals for quality, structure, and strategic merit

• Provide high-level guidance on deal presentation, documentation, and readiness

• Highlight risk factors, potential deal enhancements, and investor considerations

• Support early-stage diligence and handoff to analysts and capital partners

• Maintain high standards of deal quality across the Initio Sphere network

Note: Advisors are not responsible for sourcing deals, underwriting returns, or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Advisors may support opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience and credibility in deal evaluation.

Compensation & Economics

• Compensation is success-based only

• Typical earnings: $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

• Paid upon transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Advisor role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal oversight

How Advisors Get Activated

1. Submit a Deal Quality Advisor application and background details

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin reviewing and advising on qualified deals

No cold pitching or blind outreach: all opportunities are curated and introduced through platform channels.

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
