Deli stakeholders are responsible for building right relationships with their coworkers and customers through transparent and respectful communication, teamwork and problem-solving.Your main duties will be to maintain the hot foods case, pasta bar, burrito bar, wing bar, and the rotisserie chickens. This means following the Kowalski's procedures for preparation, handling, sanitation, freshness, and quality. A deli chef needs excellent time management skills to prepare for the lunch and dinner rushes throughout the day. Good communication is critical to keeping all areas of the deli freshly stocked with good food, so our customers have all options available to them.
