Senior Healthcare Analyst

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for analyzing complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data related to network utilization and cost containment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, write, and present healthcare utilization and cost containment reports with actionable recommendations. Oversee development, organization, and maintenance of diverse healthcare datasets. Develop processes to clean and integrate complex healthcare data for analytics and insight generation. Supervise completion of special projects for internal departments, regulatory, and external agencies. Establish and manage timelines for reports and projects. Ensure quality of outputs through reviews and quality checks. Qualifications & Skills Associate's Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience; 5-7 years preferred.
