Quick Facts: Location: Belmont, NC Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: 24-hour shifts (day rounds + on-call from home) Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Must be Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) only Experience: Minimum 2+ years as an NNP, no new graduates or locum candidates Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (for internal purposes) Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay package, to be discussed at interview Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life, short- and long-term disability insurance Employee stock purchase program with 15% discount 401(k) with company match Paid sick time aligned with state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Additional benefits including pre-tax HSA and FSA, Aflac plans, and Employee Assistance Program What You’ll Do: Conduct daily rounds on newborns in a new Level I nursery with an expected census of around five infants Attend deliveries when requested, providing immediate neonatal care Stabilize, manage, and facilitate transportation of newborns to higher-level NICUs in Charlotte or Gastonia as needed Collaborate with a team of 4 NNPs and staff Neonatologists Engage in occasional supplemental shifts at the nearby Level III NICU (optional) Contribute to a state-of-the-art facility aiming for excellent patient outcomes What You Need: Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Minimum of 2+ years of NNP experience (excluding RN experience) Strong neonatal assessment and stabilization skills Ability to work independently, take call, and partner effectively in a team setting Must be committed to quality patient care and professional growth About the Assignment: Join a leading healthcare provider committed to excellence in neonatal care.
