Immediate Start! Afternoon RBT Position in the South Side Area of Chicago
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a new opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children with autism? Optimal Care Therapy , a leading ABA company, is seeking a passionate and experienced RBT to join our team!
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule:
Part-Time: afternoon position

Requirements:
Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
