Caseworker II Location: Parkview Behavioral Health Institute, Fort Wayne, IN Job Type: Full Time, Benefit Eligible – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Summary The Caseworker II is responsible for providing a range of services, including monitoring and supportive intervention to Park Center’s child, adolescent, and adult clients. The role involves communicating progress and problems to other members of the treatment team and family members, arranging transportation services when needed, responding to crisis calls, and providing crisis intervention in consultation with other team members. The caseworker participates in developing treatment plans for assigned clients, carries out those plans through home visits and community liaison work, and works with school systems as required. Qualifications Must have a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, human services, or a related field. Must possess a valid state driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. CPR certification required within 30 days of employment. At least one year of experience in a mental health environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
