Leasing & Marketing Specialist
Greystar
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare leases to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will inspect units, ensure move-in readiness, and implement marketing plans while using OneSite or Yardi to track data. You’ll drive traffic through referrals and online campaigns, and follow up to secure renewals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
