Join a fun, positive salon team where great haircuts and amazing customer experiences come first. Earn $18–$20/hr base pay plus incentives and credit card tips averaging $10+ per hour, paid daily on a tip card. Our stylists earned $28.38 to $40.77 per hour last week. We offer ongoing paid training, real growth opportunities, 401(k), tool allowance, and a free professional cutting tool kit (your choice) valued up to $750 for qualified new hires. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
