Tax Manager OpportunityLocation: Dayton / Miami Valley area, OH (hybrid) Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000, depending on experienceAbout the OpportunityA well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Dayton and Miami Valley area is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead client relationships and grow with its tax practice. You'll own a portfolio of closely held businesses and high-net-worth clients, lead engagement teams, and have a clear path to Senior Manager and beyond.What You'll DoManage a portfolio of business and individual clients from planning through filingReview complex individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and fiduciary returnsLead tax planning, projections, and research for owners and their businessesRepresent clients before federal, state, and local taxing authoritiesManage engagement budgets, billing, and workflowTrain, develop, and mentor seniors and staffBuild client relationships and support business developmentCollaborate with audit and advisory colleagues to serve clientsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation a plus6+ years of tax experience in public accountingActive CPA or EA license (required)Strong technical knowledge of pass-through, corporate, and individual taxationExperience reviewing returns and leading teamsExcellent client service and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAn entrepreneurial, growth-minded approachWhat's OfferedBase salary of $90,000 - $125,000, depending on experienceExcellent benefits package, including health and retirement benefitsGenerous PTO and paid holidaysHybrid and flexible scheduling options (details vary by opportunity)Support for CPA licensure and continuing professional educationReal opportunities for career advancementHow to ApplyAll applications are handled confidentially through the recruiter.
