Highlights Become an integral part of our team of five (5) OB Hospitalists, providing 24/7 coverage to our Family Birth Center. Our center boasts our 21, newly renovated, LDRP rooms and 2 ORs with dedicated Anesthesia support and onsite Pediatric Hospitalists for our Level II Special Care Nursery. In this position, you will be responsible for providing L&D triage, ED consultation (with GYN back up always available) and provide backup to our employed midwife group, FM/OB providers, and other community delivering providers. This is a 0.5 FTE position with an expectation of working 42, 24 hour, shifts a year. This role offers a unique chance to mentor and work alongside our SRH Family Medicine Residents and outside Medical Students, contributing to their educational journey while enhancing your leadership skills. Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization. Qualifications Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program. Board Certification in OBGYN is required. Minimum 2-3 years of practice experience is required. Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start. Current AHA NRP certification and Electronic Fetal Monitoring certificate required before start. The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
