divh2Supply Chain Analyst (NPI Post PRQ Build Operations)/h2pLocation: Onsite Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM/ppJob Summary: The Planning Clerk supports the NPI Planning team and post PRQ SSD build execution through accurate data entry, reporting, purchase order (PO) management, and coordination of post PRQ build requests. This role interfaces with multiple cross functional teams to ensure build requests are accurate, complete, and executed correctly, supporting organizational goals and strategic objectives./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliNPI Planning Administrative Support/liulliPerform data entry and data maintenance across planning tools and systems/liliGenerate routine and ad hoc reports to support NPI planning activities/liliExecute report uploads and validate data accuracy and completeness/liliCreate, track, and maintain purchase orders; follow up on status as needed/liliSupport process documentation, work instructions, and planning workflows/li/ulliPost PRQ SSD Build Management/liulliManage and coordinate post PRQ SSD build requests/liliReview incoming post PRQ build requests for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with required information/liliCommunicate with multiple teams (Planning, PMT, Engineering, ODMs, Operations) to clarify requirements and resolve issues/liliWork closely with manufacturing teams to correct errors and ensure build requests are ready for execution/liliTrack post PRQ build status and support issue resolution as needed/liliEnsure consistent communication and documentation throughout the post PRQ build process/li/ul/ulpRequired Skills Qualifications:/pulliProficiency in Windows applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Client Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint/liliStrong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or missing information/liliAbility to manage multiple requests and work across teams with competing priorities/liliClear written and verbal communication skills/liliComfortable working in a process driven, operations focused environment/li/ulpEducation Experience:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent required/lili4+ years of relevant experience in planning, operations, supply chain, or administrative support roles/li/ulpOptional (Recommended) Preferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience supporting NPI, post PRQ, or manufacturing builds/liliStrong Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas)/liliExperience working with PMTs, ODMs, or enterprise systems (SAP, Ariba, Windchill, Power BI)/li/ulpAdditional Details/pulliManagers Requested Bill Rate: 42./li/ul/div
