RN Case Manager: Care Coordination & Discharge Planning

RN.com is seeking an RN Case Manager in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role involves coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with review agencies, and providing ongoing support through comprehensive assessments and care planning. Candidates must have an NC/compact RN license and AHA BLS certification, along with at least 2 years of recent case management experience.
