Join our team as a Machinist working in a dynamic manufacturing facility dedicated to producing high-quality parts for the aerospace and defense industry. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of components including actuators, switches, pumps, and valves.

• Machine parts using 3-5 axis Moriseiki, Mazacs, and Nakamura machines.
• Work with materials such as aluminum and occasionally exotic materials.
• Perform set-ups, program edits, and CNC machining operations.
• Utilize precision measuring tools for first article inspections.
• Conduct CNC programming and operate CNC lathes.
• Ensure quality through deburring and casting processes.
• Follow G-code and Fanuc control procedures.

• Proficiency in CNC programming.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.

• Knowledge of casting and deburring techniques.

• Experience with 3-5 axis CNC machines.
• Familiarity with machining aluminum and exotic materials.
• Understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards.

Work in a temperature-controlled aerospace manufacturing facility that prioritizes safety. Choose from two shifts: 1st shift from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm or 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, with a focus on filling 2nd shift positions. Enjoy the flexibility of optional overtime on Saturdays. Join a supportive team with 62 CNC machines and a dedicated maintenance team of six members. This is a collaborative environment where everyone gets along and supports each other.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
