Internship OpportunityLife actuarial internship with MetLife's Actuarial Resources team in Whippany, New Jersey. The structured 10-week program offers exposure to pricing, product development, reserves, modeling, financial analysis, asset-liability management, and investments, plus presentations to actuarial leaders. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.RequirementsMust have:Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in actuarial science or quantitative fieldCumulative GPA of 3.0 or higherStrong Excel skills with pivot tables and advanced formulasCandidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the futureStrongly preferred:Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsLeadership experience and strong communication skillsInterest in learning programming languages and data analysis toolsNice to have:Currently enrolled in a master's degree programSuccessful completion of one or more SOA examsExperience with Python, R, SQL, SAS, VBA or similar programming languagesFamiliarity with AI and emerging technologiesInterest in pursuing an actuarial career as demonstrated by exams, coursework, internshipsTools: Excel
