Shifts: 8s and 12s, primarily 6p-6:30a, every other weekend and holiday

This role emphasizes the support and care of patients within a post-acute setting, working effectively within a team of nurses to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse

• Provide quality care for long-term care patients, including those with memory care and dementia needs

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and healthcare regulations
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff to support patient health and wellness

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse

• Valid LPN license
• BLS Certification
• Experience in Long Term Care or related field
• Ability to adapt to varied shifts and patient needs
