Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Outside Sales Development Representative to work for one of our top delivery global tech clients!

Pay: $27-$29/hr. depending on experience plus monthly uncapped commission pay for meeting and exceeding goals!

Location: Hartford City, IN (must be within 60 minutes of location)

Daily Travel: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly within assigned territory (travel reimbursement will be provided)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Outside Sales Development to join our client's Sales team. In this field-based sales role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition across assigned territories and supporting the overall growth strategy of restaurant delivery service.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel throughout assigned emerging market territories to identify and secure new restaurant partnerships

Sell the value of partnering with delivery service to restaurant owners and negotiate revenue share agreements

Manage a high-volume, fast-moving sales cycle and close new business within days

Collaborate closely with a Regional Sales Manager and utilize provided sales tools including sales sheets, business cards, gift cards, and market resources

Maintain consistent field activity, primarily conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective partners

Support company expansion into rural and underserved markets across the territory

Ensure compliance with travel and reporting expectations throughout assigned regions

Qualifications:

2+ years of successful sales experience in a closing role or related field

Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses, preferably restaurants or food and beverage clients

Strong ability to travel at least 50 percent of the time for in-person sales meetings

Proven success in inside and outside sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build scalable sales approaches and playbooks

Comfortable working in a transactional, high-velocity sales environment

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
