Customer Service Representative - Bilingual in English & Spanish

A well-established, Washington-based credit union is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, career development, and the potential to transition to remote work after meeting performance expectations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, delivering exceptional service, and building strong, lasting relationships in a member-focused environment.

Pay: $20/hr

Location: Spokane Valley, WA

Schedule: Tues-Sat 8-hour shift anywhere between 8am-6pm

6-Weeks of Training (4 weeks of training, 2 weeks of nesting)

Once you go direct with the company, based off quality/KPI, you can apply to work from home, there is also room for progression within the company after 1-year into the role.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding service that promotes deep and lasting member relationships
• Answer general inquiries and perform account maintenance via phone and email
• Consistently meet or exceed key performance and quality metrics
• Research and resolve member concerns efficiently with guidance from leadership
• Take ownership of issues, set clear expectations, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products, services, and promotions that add value for members
• Maintain working knowledge of policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
