• Provide pediatric nursing care as an RN, supporting patient assessments, medication administration, and family-centered communication.

• Demonstrate core Pediatric RN skills such as vital sign monitoring, documentation, and patient education using clinical best practices and safety-focused workflows.

• Support common industry expectations including compliance with care plans, coordination with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate charting/EMR updates.
