Work Environment\nAs a remote position based in Glendale, Arizona, the LPC role is structured around a telehealth setting, leveraging technology to reach clients efficiently. Our flexible work schedule allows full-time counselors to operate Monday through Friday, with part-time options available that can be tailored to meet personal needs while synchronizing with team requirements. Notably, weekends are reserved for personal time, promoting work-life balance for all employees.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to design tailored therapeutic strategies that meet the unique needs of each client. \n
- Provide individual, group, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients. \n
- Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research. \n
The clients you serve will span a variety of demographics, including individuals, couples, and families facing diverse challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your ability to connect with different populations and offer tailored support will enhance their journeys toward recovery and improved mental health outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required. \n
- An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory. \n
- A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment, demonstrating an ability to work with challenging cases. \n
- Proven understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is essential. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with a diverse clientele. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, showcasing demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in work scenarios. \n
- Competency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technology for effective client management. \n

- Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable. \n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses that reward your dedication to client care.
