This role combines infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, automation, and reliability best practices to ensure optimal platform performance and resilience.Working closely with IT, eCommerce, Marketing, and Product teams, you will drive infrastructure strategy, support high-traffic customer-facing platforms, and improve operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong cloud and DevOps expertise, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to influence technical decisions across a complex technology landscape.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and support highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure environmentsDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment activitiesEnable and enhance CI/CD capabilities across multiple applications and platformsSupport and optimize customer-facing digital platforms, ensuring reliability during peak traffic events and critical business periodsManage content delivery networks (CDNs), DNS services, and SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle managementMonitor system performance, availability, and reliability, implementing proactive measures to improve operational resilienceReduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) through automation, observability, incident response improvements, and root cause analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business and technical objectivesContribute to infrastructure roadmaps, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiativesMentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across the organizationMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering, cloud engineering, or related disciplinesStrong understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automationExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines and supporting modern software delivery practicesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience administering Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform environmentsHands-on experience with Akamai CDN and content delivery optimizationStrong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and web protocols including DNS, and SSL/TLSExperience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, or ChefFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Argo CD, or similar DevOps and deployment platformsExperience with observability, monitoring, and incident management practicesSecurity-focused mindset and relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalentBenefits include:Flexible work hours/hybrid work environment (80 / 20)Medical, dental, vision and life insuranceCompetitive holiday and vacation time off programRetirement Savings Plan (401(k)) with relevant company contribution.Discounted products and an EAP upon hire and tuition reimbursement after 12 months of servicePlease be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.Find more on: Electrolux Group North America: Electrolux Group Careers: Consumer Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
