We are seeking motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our team specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and a wide selection of preowned vehicles. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in daily sales operations, leverages social media for marketing, and is proactive in generating and managing clientele.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential customers to drive vehicle sales
- Manage inventory and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Market vehicles effectively through social media platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead negotiation efforts to close sales successfully
- Utilize CRM software and third-party automotive marketplaces
- Collaborate with sales managers and team members
- Generate and follow up on leads
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in automotive sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and CRM tools
- Experience with social media marketing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
