Tools and Benefits Paid on‑the‑job training No late evenings; most locations close by 7 pm Competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour Earned Wage Access via DailyPay Promotion from within – 95% of upper‑level management started in entry‑level positions Safety shoes, uniforms & PPE Tuition reimbursement Employee discount – 50% off most services for up to 2 vehicles Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns or questions Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services Inspect vehicles for potential issues Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks Use basic computer knowledge Track inventory and ensure supplies are available Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and guidelines Requirements Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent problem‑solving skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks Must be able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process Reliable transportation required Essential Functions Inspect and replace car lights and wipers Check and add fluid levels Inspect/replace engine and cabin air filters Add oil to engine as specified Remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions Perform second check by visual verification and proper callouts Move from bay to bay to service multiple vehicles Ascend/descend stairs, catwalks, stepstools to retrieve parts or perform services on top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication) Work for extended periods with arms above head when performing services underneath vehicle on catwalk Continuously position self to perform required services under hood, related to tires, or on catwalk beneath vehicle Move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds Work with tools in tight sometimes hard to reach areas Communicate verbally to ensure services performed accurately, safely, and in proper order Subject to varying environmental conditions, noise, hazards, and atmospheric conditions as described Require function in narrow aisles or passageways such as catwalks The above description is not intended to be an all‑inclusive list of duties or required skills.
