Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll learn to manage your own site, assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations, and contribute to the continuing success of the site. This includes meeting inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards, delivering an exceptional car wash experience, and addressing customer claims. You’ll also assist with hiring, training, coaching, managing and developing teammates, setting examples in all car wash activities. For You To Be Successful, We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 6 months of management experience in a service-related business Car wash experience preferred, but not required You Must Also Be Able To Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities Achieve results independently, and work collaboratively with team Proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges We can offer you a fun, active, outdoor workplace, competitive health, 401(k), and paid time off benefits, plus free car washes, and growth opportunities. Compensation Our teammates in this role typically earn $18.50/hour, which includes a base pay of $16.50/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Additionally, a $600 monthly bonus tied to 100% of plan targets is offered, subject to location and performance.
