Community Manager

We’re seeking a highly creative, strategically minded and platform-savvy community manager who lives and breathes culture, content, and fandom to support the day-to-day social activities across multiple social brands within the consumer products category. In this role, you’ll partner with strategy, account, creators and clients to shape social-first work that people actually want to see, work that earns attention, drives conversation and builds community. The ideal candidate is highly organized and naturally collaborative, with a strong understanding of what captures attention online and proven experience building engaged fan communities for brands. Key Responsibilities Community & Publishing (60%) Own the end-to-end publishing process across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube and X, ensuring content is optimized for each platform and published accurately and on time. Monitor and manage inbound community interactions across comments, mentions, tagged posts and DMs, delivering timely, on-brand engagement while escalating customer care issues as needed. Develop and execute proactive community engagement strategies that foster meaningful relationships with creators, fans and cultural communities, identifying opportunities for brands to authentically join conversations beyond their owned channels. Manage social publishing and reporting workflows within Sprinklr and Dash, including ongoing scheduling, tagging, and reporting across multiple accounts. Creative Ideation, Concepting & Trendspotting (20%) Partner with strategy, creative and creator teams to transform audience insights, platform behaviors and cultural trends into social-first content ideas and creative opportunities. Stay immersed in platform trends, creator communities and cultural conversations to identify timely opportunities for reactive content, brand participation and editorial planning. Ensure all creative reflects platform best practices, aligns with channel strategy and is optimized for how people consume content across each social platform. Translate owned performance data, community feedback and social listening into strategic recommendations that improve future content and channel approaches. Maintain reporting dashboards and contribute to weekly, monthly and campaign-level performance recaps, clearly communicating learnings and next steps to internal teams and clients. Track platform updates, emerging features and evolving best practices, identifying opportunities to improve content performance and community growth. Partner with strategy and creator teams to ensure insights are consistently applied across future content planning and creative decisions. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience managing brand social and community channels. Strong platform fluency across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Reddit and emerging platforms. Experience using publishing and listening platforms such as Sprinklr, Sprout and Dash. Strong copywriting skills and a history of engaging in trending conversations on behalf of brands. Excellent project management and organization skills. Comfortable managing multiple brand tones and projects simultaneously.
