- Prospect and develop new business in the industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Conduct client site visits to understand labor needs and workplace environments
- Collaborate with recruiters to match the right talent to client openings
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B or outside sales (staffing or industrial experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of the local manufacturing and industrial landscape
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
