Division Administrative Analyst – Analyst I Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), Sacramento, CA Salary: $3,861.00 – $6,276.00 per month. Eligible for a hybrid telework schedule (up to two days remote per week). Responsibilities Coordinate communications, support meetings and special projects. Manage records and tracking systems. Ensure day‑to‑day operations remain efficient and effective. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Experience providing administrative support in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to independently handle multiple tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational and analytical abilities with a high degree of dependability and initiative. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Desirable Qualifications Experience handling a variety of administrative duties in support of division operations.
