What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including high-risk deliveries and emergent GYN proceduresServe as the on-call provider for emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveriesConduct patient rounding and manage postpartum patientsCoordinate with hospital support staff, including anesthesiology and radiology teamsParticipate in resident and staff educationDocument all patient encounters accurately and promptlyTransfer high-risk patients to specialized facilities as needed
What You Need:
Current, unrestricted NC Medical LicenseNC DEA registrationNC Medicaid & Medicare enrollment (PECOS) requiredBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and GynecologyRecent obstetrics experience with case logs from the last 24 monthsAbility to deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital settingMust be fully vaccinated and free of recent malpractice or disciplinary actionsAbility to work within 20 minutes of the hospital per bylaws
