Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Growth Intelligence team and lead the development and delivery of high-impact growth projects across SEO, ASO, Learn, Copy, and Translation.

This role will act as the central Product Manager across these functions, transforming business requirements into clear product solutions, aligning stakeholders, working directly with engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered with measurable business impact.

Fluency in both Mandarin and English is a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Business Analysis

• Conduct detailed business analysis across SEO, ASO, Learn, Copy, and Translation initiatives.
• Assess business problems, user needs, operational gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Review and challenge MRDs and business requests to ensure they are supported by clear data, business value, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate approved business requirements into structured product strategies and execution plans.
• Prioritize projects based on expected impact, urgency, resource requirements, and strategic alignment.

MRD and PRD Ownership

• Lead the creation, assessment, and refinement of Market Requirements Documents and Product Requirements Documents.
• Convert business requirements into clear product features, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Identify missing requirements, dependencies, risks, and potential implementation challenges before development begins.
• Ensure every project has a clearly defined problem statement, target users, success metrics, scope, and expected business outcome.
• Maintain product documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Project Delivery

• Serve as the central Product Manager for projects involving SEO, ASO, Learn, Copy, and Translation.
• Work directly with engineering, data, design, operations, marketing, and business teams to move projects from concept to launch.
• Manage project priorities, timelines, dependencies, blockers, and stakeholder expectations.
• Help accelerate project delivery by ensuring engineers receive complete, validated, and actionable requirements.
• Coordinate across multiple teams and ensure clear ownership throughout execution.
• Support product testing, launch readiness, rollout planning, and post-launch optimization.

Measurement and Resource Allocation

• Define clear success metrics and measurement frameworks for every project.
• Measure project performance against adoption, efficiency, conversion, revenue, cost reduction, productivity, and other relevant growth indicators.
• Conduct post-launch analysis to determine whether projects delivered the expected business impact.
• Identify underperforming projects and recommend corrective actions, scope changes, or resource reallocation.
• Provide data-backed recommendations on where engineering and operational resources should be invested.
• Build clear reporting for leadership covering project performance, impact, risks, and next priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a Growth Product, Growth Technology, Growth Platform, or Growth Intelligence team.
• Strong experience developing, reviewing, and managing MRDs and PRDs.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into scalable product and technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Strong business analysis, data interpretation, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
• Experience defining product success metrics and measuring post-launch performance.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in three or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:

• SEO platforms, content discovery, technical SEO, or search performance.


• ASO, mobile acquisition, app-store conversion, or app growth.


• Learning platforms, educational content, or content-led user acquisition.


• Copywriting operations, content management systems, or AI-assisted content production.


• Translation, localization, language technology, or AI-powered translation workflows.


• Growth analytics, attribution, experimentation, automation, or intelligence platforms.


• AI-enabled operational workflows and productivity tools.
