We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to service two client accounts located within the same general area. Both locations are part of one convenient route, with minimal travel required between them.
This part-time route offers approximately 13-16 hours per week, with shifts typically beginning at or after 6:00 p.m. Responsibilities include maintaining clean, sanitary, and orderly facilities according to company and client standards.
We value consistency, efficiency, and reliability. The ideal candidate manages time effectively, completes assigned duties within established timelines, maintains excellent attendance, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Team members who consistently meet our standards may be offered additional hours and steady, long-term work.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain assigned facilities according to company and client standards.
- Complete tasks efficiently while consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, clean restrooms, and remove trash as assigned.
- Keep custodial closets, supplies, and work areas clean and organized.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly.
- Inspect equipment and promptly report damage, malfunctions, supply shortages, or facility concerns.
- Follow assigned cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and completion timelines.
- Be available to work until midnight on certain scheduled nights.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Able to work at an efficient pace while meeting established quality standards.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift.
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 55 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Available to work evening hours and until midnight on certain scheduled nights.
- Reliable transportation between the two nearby accounts.
